After "China" sabotages their space mission, Gen. Naird is forced back to the office to conduct salvage mission. In this episode instead of listening to the sound and logical advises of his scientist the general succumbs to his own intellect and suggest to "bomb" it. When no one responds to this they send in a chimp to comply with the mission.
