My Girlfriend is a Gumiho Ep. 1-3 (Netflix)

This Korean Drama-dy (Drama-Comedy?) is about 10 years old.

So after Vagabond, we, the wife and I decided to try something light to watch. She remembered this one and said we try it. The plot is simple there was this nine tailed fox, a Gumiho in Korean culture, that decided she be human and marry a human male. But she was so gorgeous men go gaga over her. Since some of the men attracted to her were married, of course there was chaos. And an ancient grandma decided to trap her in a painting.

500 years later a clueless spoiled young man goes to the temple where she is trapped and upon instructions from her drew 9 tails to the fox painting, thus freeing her from her captivity. This is where their adventure starts. She follows him everywhere and forces him to buy her beef. But in turn, she gives him half of her powers to make him alive. Why? Watch the series.

When you re-watch the series again you will notice the vast improvement in Korean drama cinematography, story telling, direction and effects. The story is cute but really there is a noticeable jump in terms of everything you see. It's a great comparison when you think of it. This is my first time watching the series and I'd have to say it's a good start. Join me?
