Kingdom (Netflix)

So again the wife decides to try another horror flick from Netflix.

As I said our binge watch from series to series is Korean-Western-Korean and so on and so forth. So we decided to try this Korean series, Kingdom. Kingdom has been suggested to us by Netflix themselves so what the heck let's try it.

Kingdom starts out with a doctor and his young assistant going to the imperial palace. The doctor should be serving the king and attend to him. On their way he warns the assistant not to look on his majesty's room. After arriving the music suddenly play an odd tune (for those of us familiar to this these ominous tunes mean that something is bound to happen gasp!). On the king's room they hear snarls and that made the assistant curious looking inside the blinds until he was snatched up!

Fucking king made a dinner off him.

The crown prince, hoping to usurp the throne made his investigations and came with an idea that something is wrong in the palace. So he went in, and saw the shadow of a monster lurking within the palace. He went on to investigate but was prevented by the royal guards threatening him with a sword.

It's a good start but there is also the gore of the series. I think the production and cinematography is on the spot as well. And to be honest even if the hair of my body stands on some of the scenes I'd like to continue watching this one.

4/5 so far.
