Pizza Bread Recipe
One of the best things the wife did during this quarantine is experiment on recipes.
One of our experiments is this bread pizza. We don't have dough and we don't know how to do it, so what we did is get some bread and had a go through on it.
This are our ingredients:
Italian Style Tomato Sauce
Quick Melt Cheese
Corn Kernels
Bell Pepper Sliced
Onions sliced
5 Tbsp Cooking oil
Pineapple Bits (We like it)
Mushroom chopped to bite size
Instructions:
1. Flatten the bread. This would simplify your life.
2. After flattening the bread spread it with Italian Tomato Sauce.
3. After finishing that one out, Get the frying pan, put in the oil. Saute the onion for 20 seconds, add the bell pepper then the corn kernel finally add the pineapple bits (You can add some left over meat like spam, bacon or ham but we like this one vegetarian), do this for 2-3 minutes then take the pan out.
4. Add the concoction to the bread, don't forget the quick melt cheese. You can put in as much as you want or until the bread can still hold on to it.
5. Bring it to the oven toaster and burn it for 6 minutes.
6. Your Pizza bread is ready to serve! Be careful it might be too hot!
