Report: Thibs to Knicks

After all that's been said and done I still have a lot of respect for Coach Thibodeau.

You know him being a slave master and overworking his players until their bodies breakdown. It happened in Chicago and they're saying the same things in Minneapolis. But if you look at all the players that was afforded to him can you blame the guy for trusting a number of guys to carry out the mission for him?

In Chicago Gar-Pax never supplied him with the best bench guys who can carry the offensive load when he pulls the starters out. Sure they can defensively respond but very limited offensive game disrupts the offense so opposing teams come back in an instant and what should the guy to do but bring back his offensive players on the court. Why solely blame him? Same thing happened in Minnesota. For me, Thibs is a guy who brings out the best of his players but it comes with a price you know like overworking yourself. Minnesota was missing the play-offs but when he came in didn't they came back to the scene? Didn't Towns improve?

Now if it's true that he is going to the Mecca of Basketball that's good news. I just hope Dolan supply him with good players not a supplu of PFs (Questionable hires last summer with a slew of PFs being stashed by the Knicks). For me this is a good hire as long there are playable players in there. End.
