The Rising of the Shield Hero (Netflix)

I am a 36 years old man. It's been long since I enjoyed an anime series of sorts (well excuse me for One Punch Man which is a satirical take on anime superheroes right?).

A friend suggested this one for me. I've browsed it and watched 6 episodes already. The premise is good and the hardships for the hero had been cut on to him from day one. From a group of heroes that could possess mythical weapons the protagonist receives a shield for his life. Damn. Like in the games they had to level up those weapons and for the shield that can't even fight? See the dilemma?

Enjoying every bit of the show. I'm definitely suggesting this one to you too.
