Inside the snowpiercer, the third's agitation is growing.

They have stopped going to work because of the decision not to punish the young Folger. There is a commotion happening, the train is in disarray and the only one who can fix it is Melanie Cavill, the one that has assumed the role of Mr. Wilford. Now, Layton who has been rescued from the drawers seems to still be suffering from the after effects of his ordeal. He seems too agitated and not thinking clearly that he sets out to find and kill Melanie.
