Ocean's Eleven 2001

 

What is it about?

It's a re-telling of a 60's movie of the same name. Another heist movie but with a comedic taste. Danny Ocean (George Clooney) wanted his estranged wife Tess (Julia Roberts) back, but she is enticed currently by a Billionaire owner of three Las Vegas grand casinos who goes by the name of Terry Benedict (Andy Garcia). He devices a plan to expose Benedict's true nature by robbing the man who believed himself not susceptible with such schemes.

Why you should watch it?

All-star cast. Aside from the three aforementioned you also have Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle and other great actors as well. The heist as it happens is more fun and the twist is okay as well. Me and the wife have had a roll with heist themed stories so we didn't let this one go as well.

Why you shouldn't watch it...

You might have watched something better. Between 2001 and 2021 all those 20 years you just might have watched something that has that oomphed to it. But classics are classics and this one is a modern classic, Go watch it.
