What if for one pill you get 5-minutes of pure unadulterated power? Would you take it or not?

This is the great premise for this movie.

The government has developed a pill that can give humans absolute power, which depends on your body what kind of power you'll gonna have, but has aptly decided to abandon it because it is dangerous for humans. So when this happens, the people behind it's development takes it underground and begins to test sample it to unwitting humans, who gets tempted to the premise of power.

Enter Robin an amateur dealer of the drug, who was trying to sell it to boys who decides to hassle her instead because she's a girl but before they can exactly do something bad to her Gordon Joseph Levitt AKA Frank Shaver comes to her rescue. He is a local cop who casually buys the "power drug" from Robin and uses it in times of dire needs especially when trying to apprehend criminals who also take the wonder drug.

Everything builds up when Art AKA Jamie Fox shows up. He is trying to find the source of the drugs to find his daughter who was kidnapped by the developers. Okay now you get the plot.

For me, its a simplistic, straightforward narrative story. It's all about the action and the drama, if you want to get entertained watch the movie. Just don't expect too much story or anything. Just watch and enjoy.
