NBA considering a second 8 team bubble in Chicago

NBA is considering an 8-team bubble for those teams not invited in Orlando and it's gonna take place in Chicago.

If you ever played fantasy basketball and you are not in the top tier teams there's this consolation bracket for you to fight the honor of not being the bottom team. That's right that's just about what I think this 8 team conference battle is. A mere consolation. Sadly my favorite team, the Bulls are part of the shitfest. I hope brighter things come with the new management team.
